In trangjan ,when have new colleagues coming. We will hold a  teacher led the disciples master Ceremony. The purpose is to let the old colleagues led the new colleagues quickly familiarize themselves with the work flow  , and seriously teach work experience and skills so that newcomers can work more handily.
